1. Agreement and scope

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Lake & Canyon Expeditions Co. and applies to this website and its digital materials. By accessing or using them, you accept this EULA. This EULA covers the website; it does not replace tour booking terms, cancellation rules, guide instructions, or participant waivers.

2. Limited license

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable license to access and display the website on your device solely to learn about our services, plan an inquiry, or manage your relationship with us. No ownership interest is transferred to you.

3. Ownership and attribution

The website’s original software, layout, trade dress, copy, illustrations, compilations, films, photography, and interactive experiences are owned by or licensed to Lake & Canyon Expeditions Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Names, marks, or materials credited to government agencies, map providers, weather providers, photographers, filmmakers, and other licensors remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit the website or its media.
• Remove copyright, source, attribution, safety, or other notices.
• Reverse engineer, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or disrupt site operation.

• Misrepresent affiliation with us, use the materials to create a confusingly similar tour service, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

5. Atlas, weather, and field information

The interactive atlas, route line, distance, coordinates, current animation, live weather presentation, wildlife imagery, and field descriptions are editorial and planning tools. They are not navigation charts, forecasts issued by us, emergency systems, or substitutes for official notices, local rules, guide decisions, or real-time field judgment. Exact paddling lanes and conditions change.

6. Third-party components and links

The website may display or connect to third-party data, software, media, maps, weather services, email services, booking tools, or external websites. Those elements may be governed by separate licenses and policies. We do not grant rights to third-party content beyond what its owner permits and are not responsible for third-party service performance or practices.

7. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback about the website, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not transfer ownership of your preexisting confidential information or personal data.

8. Suspension and termination

This license ends automatically if you materially violate this EULA. We may also suspend or end website access, features, or content at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete any unauthorized copies of licensed materials. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is licensed “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lake & Canyon Expeditions Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and contact
